1. Introduction This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which subscribers to Alfred's services ("Subscriber" or "You") are eligible for refunds. Alfred offers a subscription-based service ("Service") at a monthly rate of $47. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund You are eligible for a refund of your monthly subscription fee under the following conditions:
The refund request is made within 30 days of the initial subscription payment ("Eligibility Period").
You have not violated any terms of the Service Agreement or this Refund Policy.
3. Conditions for Refund To process a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request must be submitted in writing via the designated communication channel provided by Alfred.
You must provide a valid reason for requesting the refund, along with any supporting documentation, if applicable.
The Service must have been used in accordance with the provided guidelines and instructions.
4. Refund Process Upon receiving a refund request, Alfred will:
Verify the eligibility of the refund request against the subscription records.
Assess the refund request based on the provided reason and supporting documentation.
Process eligible refunds within a reasonable time frame, typically 7-14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances The following circumstances are typically not eligible for a refund:
Requests made after the 30-day Eligibility Period.
Violations of the Service Agreement or this Refund Policy.
Issues arising from user error or failure to follow provided guidelines.
Disputes arising from personal preferences or expectations not aligned with the Service's advertised features.
6. Partial Refunds In certain exceptional circumstances, Alfred may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Proven technical issues directly attributable to Alfred's services.
Unforeseen extenuating circumstances faced by the Subscriber.
7. Method of Refund Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. If the original method of payment is unavailable, Alfred will work with the Subscriber to find a suitable alternative.
8. Limitation of Liability In the event of a refund, Alfred's liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid. Alfred is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.
9. Amendments to the Policy Alfred reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
